Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nexora Digital website and any services we provide. By engaging with us, you accept these Terms in full.

• Custom website design and development.
• Website redesigns, SEO setup, and ongoing maintenance.
• Consultation and quoting via WhatsApp, email, and our AI assistant.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit is required to start work; the balance is due on delivery.
• All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated.

You agree to provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback so we can deliver on schedule. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain under their original licences.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional changes or features beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

We can advise on hosting and domain registration, but accounts and renewals remain your responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant project.

Either party may terminate a project for material breach with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
